We are a Polynesian dance troupe in Chicago founded with the Aloha spirit.
We chose the name Ohana because we feel that we embody its true meaning
which is family. We began as individuals who came together to learn, honor,
and share our love of the culture and the art of Polynesian dancing. In
doing so, we formed what is now Ohana Entertainment.
We are proud to offer authentic Polynesian entertainment for festivals,
private parties and corporate events from the Pacific and South Pacific
islands of Hawai'i, Tahiti, Tokelau and Samoa. We provide Hula and Tahitian
dance classes taught by instructors trained in the Polynesian Islands. Some
classes may include instruction in costume making, island drumbeats and
of course, the Culture.
